Thom Yorke (Radiohead solisti) ile PJ Harvey in biraraya gelip yarattıkları güzellik. This mess we are in. Sözlerinin güzelliği mi? Thom Yorke un acaip hüzünlü deli sesi mi? PJ Harvey in arada konuşur gibi söylediği cümlelerdeki ses tonu mu? (what were you wanting?) Yoksa Araf ta kahramanın dinlediği şarkılardan biri olması mı? (Araf (Elif şafak) ı okuyunca kahramanın dinlediği müziklerden bir list yapmıştım.) Bilmem ama bu şarkı beni çok etkiliyor.

Bu arada Thom Yorke için ekşi sözlük te şu yazıyor:

"thom yorke'un doğuştan kapalı olan gözü altı yaşında ameliyatla açılmış, ilkokul hayatı boyunca gözüne siyah korsan bantlarından takmak zorunda kaldığı için tüm çocuklar onunla dalga geçermiş."

Hemen aklıma anlattığım May filmi geldi. Orda da kız küçükken korsan bandı takıyordu.

Thom' u korkunç sondan müzik kurtardı sanırım. (May gerçek olaymış gibi yazdım haa :))
